This is a unique lot with 2 separate homes, both vacation rentals. The exterior space (driveway, yard, fire pit, furniture, etc) is considered community space and is shared with the other unit. However, each unit has its own boat dock.
Your cleaning fee pays for thorough cleaning/sanitation of all floors, counters, bathrooms, and linen service. In order to keep this fee to a minimum, guests are still expected to perform the following: 1) Please empty all (perishable) food/beverages from refrigerator/freezer and cupboards. 2) Please wash any used dishes. You may leave in strainer or dry & place in cupboards. 3) Please empty all trash. Trash must be bagged and placed in the large receptacle located in the driveway. Please do not leave trash on the front porch or in breezeway. 4) If you are renting the house Thursday night, guests are expected to roll the trash bins out to the curb prior to pickup Friday morning.
Parking at the home is limited to 4 vehicles or 3 vehicles + 1 trailer. Also we ask that guests please keep outside noise to a minimum after dusk.
Full access to the entire unit. Plenty of parking for vehicles/boats/trailers/RV.
I won't be on site but will be available through phone call/text 24/7.
